I know I haven't updated in 2 weeks
I've been both busy and bored. Trust me, I know of what I talk about.
Basically: got my first win in the CamelBruisers, came darn close to winning in Green Eggs & Beer, on a two win streak in IDI-FL, and still in 2nd place in the Looser League.

Much better
I won in 3 leagues and only lost in 1 (my brother's) - a much better week.
Though I had Jamal Lewis on the BENCH in the league I lost! Gah! Who could've seen THAT coming?

It's going to be a long season
I always feel better about my drafts before the season starts.
I got whupped on in the first week of the year. Let's look at each team.

Got wrapped into one more league...
So I got pulled into one more fantasy league. This one drafted late, so we won't start until next week. But it's run by a friend of mine who works for a kind of cool board game company, so I jumped in. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to adjust my draft board much before the auto-draft.
League: 2007 Looser (sic) League
Team Name: Dumbfuninabureaucrat
Roster:
QB: Vince Young
RB: Shaun Alexander
WR: Torry Holt
WR/RB: Brian Westbrook
WR/TE: T.J. Houshmandzadeh
TE: Chris Cooley
Bench RB: Willis McGahee, Marshawn Lynch
Bench WR: Braylon Edwards, T.J. Hackett
Bench QB: Tony Romo
Bench TE: Benjamin Watson
K: Jeff Wilkins
DEF: Philadelphia (Bench: Jacksonville)
It's definitely an interesting roster.

It's that most wonderful time of the year
Yes, it's fantasy football time!
There was a first for me this year - all three of my leagues had live drafts. This year I'm doing:
CBS Sportsline - the IDI-FL, season 3. That's my corporate league, where I'm also running the league remotely for the first time since I'm on-site full-time now. We also switched from Yahoo! to CBS. I won this league last year. This year's team: The Kegerators.
Real Time Sports - return of the Green Eggs and Beer league, with a return of my team, I Beat Up Puppies. I'm still not a huge fan of the site itself, but the league looks to be more fun this year.
Yahoo! Fantasy Football - CamelBruisers Anonymous, my brother's annual league. This time we did an online draft. My team is the Preseason Highlights.
