We tried killing this big overgrown puppy several times over the weekend! First time we wiped so bad and my reraise was dispeled, so poor Munei homepoints and runs back to Raise III all of us. (Then we noticed we tried to fight Fenrir on darksday when he's at his strongest.) While she's doing this, one of our DRKs walks into the BCNM by himself and stays there and goes afk. That was odd, but anyway, once we were all ready to go we could not get them to come back. Did they fall asleep? Why would you go into the BCNM? Because he was in our party, the timer was still going on.

That pissed off the rest of the party who had been waiting around for a long time and now it seemed like we needed to wait even longer. We only had 5 people now, so it wasn't going to work. We decided to postpone for another day.

Take two. We brought Mashimoto our little ninja tank, Munei was the bard, Rhea the dragoon, me white mage, Hilander blm (who had done this many times) and Illusionist came as a... RDM I think?

For some reason Fenrir would do these insane hits one after another so Mashi's shadows would go down and he'd get one shotted. We wiped once and the other times Mashi died so we'd all run out. This saved us some time, but we did this about 4 times, 3 of them Mashi died within a minute.

Finally, the last run before Munei had to go to bed, Fenrir didn't dispel, neither did he do his crazy attacks all in a row so we managed to stay alive, survive his 2 hour and then win! Yay! Now to level my summoner who is only at level 5.
