Stabbing my eyes out
So... I'm a little bored with my templar. I'm not quite ready to give him up yet however, So i thought i'd take a stab at crafting. Hence the term stabbing my eyes out.
Crafting. Is boring. When sony said it would be like combat, Well. Not really. You sit hunched over your crafting tool and hit the appropiate counter to the current event. Get it right and gain. Get it wrong and the crafting interface will punish you. Usually painfully. I've seen dead lower level cooks. Mawahaha. Souffle roasts you for 296 damage. You've been Cooked!
Luckily i have about 4,000 hps, So i can laugh at even the meanest soup. BBQ - Now thats another story all together.
So the morel of this story - Or rather what i accomplished for all my tradeing woes - A few differnt things, I managed to outfit one of the guild mages with an adept 3 terrliaran recruit - I was fooling around with adepts and he got lucky. I also made a few various apprentice spells - I'll toss them on the market for a cheap amount later to help out the lower level players - I'm only afriad that some players who have a lot of money will buy the spells and resell them for much more - With only the intention of hurting the new player enconomy rahter then helping it.
I've also noticed - Well, played around with. There's a crafting quest out - Getting to know your craft - While it dosn't help me (How i wish i could be an armorer instead of a sage) It's testamount in helping newer players choose what trade they'd like to follow.
