I was going to talk about the Hollows revamp, but the new powersets have been announced and are much more interesting. Without further ado, here we go...

Blaster: Primary - Psychic Blast / Secondary - Mental Manipulation
PvPers are screaming at this one. Villains are crying foul on this and doing the "ZOMG THE DEVS HATE US!!!" routine. Having a Psi dominator, I can tell you that this is nothing to get excited about. Psi damage is mostly unopposed in terms of Damage Resistance, but to compensate the damage isn't that great. And the fast recharge just means you burn through endurance faster. Yes, this powerset screams overpowered. Personally, I'm making one cause I like the theme powers.
Corruptor: Primary - Electrical Blast / Secondary - Storm Summoning
And this is another alt to be made, themed around Weather Control. Storm Summoning is a nice set with Gale and Hurricane being great control powers. A Tsoo Sorcerer springs to mind, though not much in the way of healing without pool powers.
Controller: Primary - Plant Control / Secondary - Thermal Radiation
I had hoped from Thorny Assault, but that doesn't quite go with Controller sets. Thermal Radiation is an excellent addition, allowing both healing and buffing. And Plant Control is a strong add to the Primary sets.
Dominator: Primary - Earth Control / Secondary - Electricity Manipulation
Looking at these adds and the current powersets, it almost feels like these were tacked on. Both are good sets but I they don't seem to pair well with the current choices. I will reserve judgment on these until I see the powers in play and get a bit more feedback.
Defender: Primary - Cold Domination / Secondary - Ice Blast
A good set of matches. I have a Ice/Cold Corruptor that does wonderful, terrible things to mobs. More buff/debuff goodness for Defenders. Now to just beat the notion of "R U HEALER?" ideal out of players heads & life will be good.
Mastermind: New Secondary - Storm Summoning
First thing I though of was pairing with Ninjas to make a renegade Tsoo or with Zombies for a Banished Pantheon shaman. Most of the people are upset that it wasn't Kinetics, but the sheer brokeness when coupled with Pets made it a moot point. More alts...
Brute: Primaries - Battle Axe & War Mace / Secondary - Super Reflexes
Brutes with weapons. It is about freaking' time! Super Reflexes works well, though I was hoping for Regeneration. So tempted to make a Mace tanker with a Shillelagh and Super Reflexes. And then as short as possible, green skin, a derby... And getting lynched by the Irish...
Stalker: Primary - Electric Melee / Secondary - Electric Armor
What can I say, other than I like the set choice. My brute has this combo and tears through stuff. Stalkers should do well, especially if they slot for End drain.
Tank: Primary - Dark Armor / Secondary - Dark Melee
Negative energy damage for tanks. This pretty well rounds them out very well in terms of sets and abilities. Porting the sets from the Scrapper list, I can see some serious goodness in these sets. The non-armor power will compliment the tanks job nicely in keeping the enemies focused on him or at least paralyzed enough not to attack the squishes.
Scrapper: Primary - Fiery Melee / Secondary - Fiery Aura
Another good combo. Good damage paired with decent defense. A good match for bringing the pain to the mobs. Much like Elec/Elec for Brutes, this two sets pair off well in supporting each other. I have a Fire/Fire tank that is a hoot to play, would be nice to see how this works in reverse.
